When making classic Jamaican Jerk chicken and pork even I don't stray to far from traditional. One of my Father-in-laws famous sayings applies here. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" Without further ado our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, going out to our families favorite island paradise.

Salt, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Paprika, Onion, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Thyme, Crushed Red Pepper, Cumin, Parsley, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Allspice
