Have to admit this one was a sleeper until we started sampling it as a dip at various shows that we do throughout the year. Lets just say the Southwest flood gates have opened. To this day, years later Southwest Seasonings #1 use is still for making that famed dip, but I'm okay with that.
Also great on chicken, pork, and beef. Or just do what everybody else does and dip your cooked meat in the Southwest Dip:)
SOUTHWEST DIP RECIPE- 1 pack of your favorite Ranch Dip Mix, 16 oz. sour cream, 4 oz. cream cheese (Softened), 2TBSP. Southwest Seasoning
Blend all ingredients together and chill for 2 - 3 hours prior to serving. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetable
